indhover Artists & Events Inc. is a limited Corporation that oversees the operations of a multifaceted community-based cultural facility located at the edge of Regina's Downtown and Heritage District. This facility includes The Artful Dodger Cafe & Music Emporium, TAE Contemporary Art Gallery, as well as 11th Avenue Studios which includes art spaces that are currently occupied by various artists and arts-related businesses.
